Overview
MotoTireHub is a free public service operated by SouthOpsForge. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple because we collect very little.
What We Collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (optional), and message when you contact us voluntarily.
- Usage data — standard server logs (page visits, browser type, IP address) for performance monitoring. We do not use advertising trackers.
- No accounts — the public site has no user registration. No passwords, no profiles.
How We Use It
- Contact form data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Usage data is used to improve site performance and understand how riders use the tool.
- We do not sell data to third parties. Ever.
Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for the site to function. No advertising cookies, no social tracking pixels.
Third-Party Services
MotoTireHub may use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- Vercel — hosting and CDN
- Resend — transactional email for contact form responses
- Neon — cloud PostgreSQL database
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Your Rights
You may request deletion of any personal data you submitted to us by emailing hello@southopsforge.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
